Estate Planning and Administration
Another frequent area of need for legal representation is in the drafting of wills and trusts and the planning of one’s financial affairs, inlcuding providing for a legal guardian for children in the event of death of a parent. In addition, we are able to assist the survivors of a deceased family member charged with the responsibility of probating a will or administering an estate.
Our constant continuing legal training allows us to represent our clients to the best interest of the personal representative, the estate and the heirs.
All adults from 18 years old and up should have estate planning documents in place to protect them and their estate.
